AgentWorkhorse provides licensed-agent-directed research and document-formatting support. It is not a comparative market analysis, broker price opinion, appraisal, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, transaction advice, or a substitute for the agent's independent professional judgment.

By requesting or purchasing a service, you represent that you hold an active real-estate license and that you have any broker authorization required for the task. You direct the task and independently select or approve comparable records, assumptions, and every value, listing, lease, rent, purchase, offer, or negotiation conclusion. You and your broker remain the sole professionals of record.

Permitted work is ministerial: retrieving public data, organizing public records and listing history, arithmetic using agent-supplied inputs, and drafting or formatting documents. AgentWorkhorse does not select final comparables, set or recommend value, list, lease, rent, purchase, or offer prices, negotiate, contact clients or the public, or exercise professional judgment.

AgentWorkhorse is operated by Dawnr. Payments are processed by Dawnr through Stripe's secure payment components.

You are responsible for confirming inputs, independently reviewing all deliverables, complying with MLS, brokerage, licensing, and consumer-protection rules, and deciding whether and how to use or share a document. We do not guarantee transaction outcomes, property value, availability, timing, or suitability for any purpose.

One-report purchases provide one report. Monthly plans provide the number of reports stated at checkout for each monthly billing period and renew automatically until canceled. Unused reports do not roll over.

To cancel a monthly plan, request a cancellation before the next renewal by emailing richardhuynh39000@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds may be requested before work begins. Once preparation has started or a report has been delivered, fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. Contact us promptly if there is a problem with a purchase.
